- Shopify Design and Development: Custom Shopify store design and development for new and existing businesses.
- Premade Shopify Dropshipping Stores: Prebuilt, ready-to-launch Shopify stores for customers interested in dropshipping.
2. Eligibility
By using Syscaves.com, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country, or that you have given us consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
3. Order and Payment Terms
When you purchase any of our services:
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email within 24-48 hours.
- Delivery: We provide estimated timeframes for project delivery (typically 10-15 business days). However, delivery times may vary due to project complexity or external factors.
- Payment: Payments must be made in full before work begins on any project, unless otherwise agreed upon. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
- Digital Services: Due to the digital nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once the project work has commenced. However, if you encounter any issues with our service, please contact us for assistance.
- Premade Shopify Stores: All sales for premade Shopify dropshipping stores are final. No refunds will be given once the purchase is completed. You are free to resell the store if you no longer wish to use it.
5. Client Responsibilities
For successful project completion, clients must:
- Provide timely feedback and all necessary materials (content, images, etc.) for the project.
- Ensure all information provided to Syscaves.com is accurate and up-to-date.
- Understand that project delays caused by failure to provide requested information or delays in communication may extend delivery time.
6. Guarantees and Disclaimer
Syscaves.com guarantees to deliver high-quality services and products. However, we cannot guarantee specific results, including but not limited to online income generation, traffic, or conversions. The performance of any website or dropshipping store is influenced by multiple factors outside our control, including user efforts, marketing, and external market conditions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code created by Syscaves.com remain the intellectual property of Syscaves.com until full payment is received. Once payment is complete, the ownership rights for custom projects are transferred to the client.
For premade Shopify dropshipping stores, the template design and store setup are transferred to the client upon purchase. However, Syscaves.com retains the right to use store templates for other clients unless otherwise agreed.
8. Limitation of Liability
Syscaves.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or damages resulting from mistakes or delays in service.
9. Changes to Terms of Service
Syscaves.com reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
